Position: Mandarin Tax Specialist
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Work Setup: Hybrid Set up
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off (But must be flexible from time to time)

Requirements:
✅ Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in a tax consulting firm or a comparable position of an internationally operating company preferably in a shared service setup.
✅ Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.Sc.) in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Taxation or similar
✅ High affinity for systems landscapes like MS Office (especially MS Excel), SAP-FI/SAP S/4 HANA
✅ Above-average expertise in the traditional Chinese language (Mandarin) and business fluency in English.

Responsibilities:
✅ Data gathering (i.e. for CIT, WHT, VAT, Tax Accounting, etc.) from different data sources for the preparation of different tax returns and other fiscal reports within the country's responsibility.
✅ Ensure completeness and correctness of all gathered data.
✅ Reconciliation and validation of gathered data and initiating changes.
✅ Coordinate all tax-related change activities and postings in line with the business service organization and ensure that all steps are finalized in time and quality.
✅ Ensure high-quality preparation of tax returns and other fiscal reports within the statutory deadlines for subsidiaries in multiple countries.
✅ Coordination and support of internal and external stakeholders regarding all tax-related requests.
✅ Preparation and performance of internal and external training for tax topics within the country's responsibility.
