Work Schedule: Dayshift with 2 days off
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 85,000
Work Set Up: Hybrid set-up (Work on-site 5-7x a month)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Proficient in Mandarin and English Language
✨ Bachelor's degree in information systems, Logistics, business, communications, or Life Sciences.
✨ At least 2-3 years of experience in Master Data Management.
✨ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel – formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
✨ Working knowledge of SAP & Salesforce

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✨ Providing support to a Global manufacturer from SEA.
✨ Analyse email requests and templates
✨ Identify and communicate with responsible parties the necessary information
✨ Participate in process documentation and knowledge exchange according to set standards.
✨ Quality checks supporting documents.
✨ Translating necessary documents from Mandarin to English if needed.
✨ Work closely on maintaining information or records in the database.
✨ Provide translation assistance to the Team if needed.
