Position: Mandarin Finance Officer Consultant

Schedule: Midshift with 2 days off

Salary: P80,000 - P 120,000
Work Set-up: Hybrid work set-up | 1-2 days per week: Onsite

Responsibilities:
✅ Project and program management that exhibits leadership in process re-engineering and implementation of process, technology, strategy, and organizational change.
✅ Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
✅ Work closely with clients to quickly build internal capabilities for ongoing operational and innovation performance improvement.
✅ Responsible for important business concerns like complexity reduction, lean manufacturing and operations excellence, process innovation, and strategic cost using a process-based, end-to-end strategy.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
✅MS Dynamics AX
✅Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations;

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree: Finance/Accounting, Business or Technology related BA/BS
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English
✅ Experience participating in requirements gathering process for IT systems
✅ Preferably to have specialization in MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
✅ Clear and concise oral and written communication
✅ Ability to lead people, teams, and projects
