Position: Mandarin Operations Manager

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
✅ Proficient in both Traditional and Simplified Mandarin & English
✅ Shows initiative, is reliable, ambitious, structured, detail-minded, and has strong analytical skills.
✅ Good at organizing complicated tasks and heavily data / numerical-based tasks.
✅ MS Office skills (especially Excel).
✅ Knowledge or experience in Supply Chain Management / Retail Operations is a plus.

Responsibilities:
✅ Work with China Team and be responsible for operational topics for the China market.
✅ Be the key contact and work closely with our suppliers plus warehouse & logistics partners in China.
✅ Work closely with our global operation team to create the strategy that connects the procedure with your market insights.
✅ Responsible for creating/optimizing the smooth process from product shipment to last-mile delivery.
✅ Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to address customer concerns.
✅ Monitor closely with the S&OP team the sales velocity, and provide insights for the forecasting of supply.
✅ Oversee and analyze the operational workflow and optimize the procedure.
✅ Create a strategy that automates the process of our cooperation with suppliers/warehouse partners.
