COMPANY PROFILE: One of the famous Ice Cream & Tea is now in the Philippines. They’ve been in the industry for more than 25 years and have a lot of branches in different countries that serve the creamiest and tastiest Ice cream and tea in the whole world.
Position: Mandarin HR Specialist
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company (Food and Beverage)
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Saturday, first Saturday of the month will be tagged as PAID LEAVE)
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅ Bachelor's Degree in HR or any related major.
✅ 1-3 years of working experience in human resources are preferred.
✅ FRESH GRADS are also welcome.
✅ Understanding the local HR policies of the Philippines.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅ Support hiring procedures, such as finding applicants, carrying out preliminary screenings, setting up interviews, etc.
✅ Participate in performance management procedures, such as gathering data and organizing performance reviews, among other things.
✅ Manage the processes for employee onboarding, offboarding, and attendance in addition to helping with staff management.
✅ Help with employee services, such as answering staff members' questions about HR regulations, benefits, pay, and other topics.
✅ Help with the creation of policies and make sure that the company's rules and procedures are followed.
✅ Additional duties that leaders assign.
