REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
✨ Bachelor’s Graduate of any courses
✨ At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary
✨ Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨ Coordination between internal staff and external client/service provider if required.
✨ Greeting clients and visitors as needed, including delivery of messages.
✨ Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
✨ Organize offices and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
✨ Meeting room reservations and coordinated schedules before meetings.
✨ Take comprehensive notes during meetings including distribution of minutes of meetings.
✨ Plan accommodation and ground transportation as required by the superior.
