REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
✨ Graduate in a business management course or any related field.
✨ At least 1 year experience in doing Admin-related tasks.
✨ Ability to translate documents in English and Mandarin.
✨ Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨ Translate documents to English and Mandarin.
✨ Schedule meetings/event and takes detailed notes.
✨ Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
✨ Carry out clerical duties, including answering phones and preparing documents
✨ Additional tasks will be given by the immediate supervisor.
