Position: Thai Technical Support Representative

Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000 Monthly
Schedule: Shifting

🔸 Filipino who fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai
🔸 Thai National with Permanent visa in Philippines
🔸 Bachelor’s Degree graduate or at least 2 years in college
🔸 At least 6 month experience in Technical Support is a must
🔸 Willing to work onsite

🔸 Handling customer technical support cases through phone, email and chat
🔸 Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges
🔸 Properly answer questions regarding the account being handled
🔸 Resolve technical issues related to network interruptions
