Position: Mandarin Telesales Officer

Requirements:
✅ At least 1 year or above of working experience in sales and marketing
✅ Has good communication skills, active listening, stress resistance, and ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, social media applications, and all other programming used for presentation and marketing.
✅ The candidate should be able to work on a shifting schedule (day or night).

Responsibilities:
✅ Reach out to customers and offer the products and services of the company
✅ Answer questions or concerns the customers may have
✅ Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and close sales
✅ Documents the calls, sales, and other useful customer information into the database
✅ Keeping up to date on the trends related to the products and services
✅ Performs all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Superior/Department Head.
