Salary: Php 40,000 Basic Pay (Negotiable)
Work Set-up: 3 months work on-site & after that work from home

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
✅Open to Foreigners with Permanent visas.
✅Preferably Bachelor’s graduate of any degree/course related to proofreading, copywriting, or editing. (Open to FRESH GRADUATES)
✅Having a Master’s Degree is a big plus.
✅Can start working as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Mandarin Content Writer is responsible for annotating data to help AI models align with human values.
✅Mandarin Content Writer is responsible for analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions.
✅Mandarin Content Writer is responsible for creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice
