REQUIREMENTS:
📍Vietnamese national can speak Mandarin language
📍Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology or equivalent.
📍At least 2 year(s) working experience in Human Resources or related fields
📍Experience as HR Team Lead, HR Officer or HR Supervisor is a plus but not required.
📍Experience in end-to-end Recruitment especially in Expat Hiring.
📍Highly motivated with a passion to work for a performance based culture company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
📍End-to-end recruitment which includes sourcing, interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
📍Endorse to Management applicants who passed the screening process. This is for salary negotiation and offer letters to applicants.
📍Maintain the HRIS records and generate reports from the database.
📍Maintain HR policies and guidelines by updating as and when needed.
📍Act as POC (point of contact person) on payroll-related concerns and inquiries of expat staff.
📍Assists in other HR administrative matters as and when required.
