Position: Korean IT Service Desk
Industry: IT Company
Location: Taguig City
Salary: P 80,000 - P 90,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift
Requirements:
•Korean National Proficient in English
•Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related courses
•With at least 1 to 3 years work experience in Technical Support Positions
•Knowledge in JS/NodeJS/REST/JSON is an advantage
•Good communication skills
•Can start working asap
Job Duties:
•Provide language translations support
•Ensure technology products works well and meet the high quality standards
•Manage smooth workflow and provide prompt solution to technical problems
•Identify bugs, technical problems or findings and coordinate with the technical departments
