Position: Mandarin Procurement Specialist
Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City
Work Setup: Hybrid Setup (7x work onsite per month)
Schedule: Dayshift - Weekends off (9AM to 6 PM)

Salary: P 90,000 - P 100,000

Responsibilities:
✅Provide content training services for procurement process queries from internal business partners in line with S2P Standard Processes.
✅Support the daily business implementation of new P2P concepts/releases.
✅Ensure that all relevant SOPs, Desktop Procedures, S2P Standard Concepts, GxP Guidelines, defined legal requirements, Global Sourcing Strategy and SLA times are followed.
✅Close collaboration with internal Business Partners
✅Requester and Approver (different departments/more than one category/country)
✅Responsible for the efficient, effective, compliance and accurate processing and monitoring of requisitions/purchase orders (for GBS Countries).

Requirements:
✅Preferably with 1 to 2 years of experience in Procurement related position
✅Source to Pay Process Knowledge
✅Basic familiarity in SAP and Ariba systems
✅Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or IT.
✅Proficiency in Mandarin and English language
✅Experienced in all relevant Procurement systems (e. g. SRM; SAP ERP, S4 Hana, Ariba)
✅Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
