Position: Mandarin Service Desk
Type of job: Emails and Calls Job
Location: McKinley Hill, Taguig City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off
Industry: IT Company
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 100,000
Responsibilities:
✅Responsible for receiving and issuing tickets.
✅Resolve issues utilizing excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, technical thinking/reasoning skills, and a high level of individual judgment to ensure outcomes of customer satisfaction.
✅To work in partnership with local management, colleagues, and clients at all levels to ensure requests are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
✅Remain updated on products, policies, procedures, and other important operational issues.
Requirements:
🟢At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
🟢Proficient in Mandarin and English (speaking, reading, and writing)
🟢Have at least a 10 Mbps internet connection
🟢Customer Service Representative Experience is a big advantage
🟢Can start as soon as possible
