Client Profile:
The business provides consultancy, services for the management of infrastructure, integrated engineering solutions, platform solutions, network services, and testing.

Position: Head of Marketing Operations
Industry: BPO
Location: Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City
Salary: Php 90,000 – Php 100,000
Schedule: Shifting (Mondays-Fridays)
Work Set up: On site

Requirements:
💥 At least 15 years of professional experience in a relevant position
💥 Deep understanding of marketing services operations, industry best practices, and highly organized in efficiently managing multiple tasks and priorities
💥 Proven track record of strong leadership, effectively motivating and managing teams, while inspiring and empowering team members to achieve business objectives.
💥 Familiarity with marketing automation software such as Marketo, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (formerly ExactTarget), or Adobe Experience Manager.
💥 Can handle many teams and people

Responsibilities:
💥 Serve as the Service Delivery Hub's spokesperson and public face, promoting the hub's goals and coordinating with stakeholders to promote efficient communication and collaboration.
💥 Communicate continual updates, difficulties, and demands to and from the right stakeholders.
💥 Serve as the Hub's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and work with other Hub Leads or Stakeholders to resolve questions pertaining to the Hub.
💥 Keep track of and oversee daily hub Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Average Handling Time (AHT), Net Satisfaction (NSAT), and others.
💥 Ensure that procedures and quality standards are strictly followed inside the hub.
💥 Provide effective leadership, direction, and support to team members in order to promote their professional development.
💥 Encourage teamwork and information sharing among team members while building a positive and collaborative work environment.
💥 Ensure that resource management (Hiring, Onboarding) is carried out effectively.
💥 Defining their plans in collaboration with stakeholder teams and assist stakeholder teams in bringing complicated requirements to bear on achieving business objectives.
💥 Monitor the amount of work the team receives.
💥 Work with our internal governance team to develop and update standard operating procedures for tasks performed and pinpoint areas for process improvement.
💥 Analyze facts to assist the team.
As well as being accountable for the effectiveness and accuracy of data, swiftly respond to consumer inquiries.
