Position: IT Technical Support
Industry: IT/ BPO Company
Salary: Php 40,000 to 120,000
Schedule: Full Time / Regular
Location: Mandaluyong & Quezon City
Requirements:
• 1-2 years experience with BPO set-up
• Preferably with call center background focusing on Customer Care Specialist and Technical Support
• Communication skill should be at least B2 or higher
• Willing to do full-RTO
Responsibilities:
• Receives inbound calls to provide customer service support to policy holders, agents, 3rd party callers and new customers
• Remotely assist and setup purchased devices from Best Buy
• Covers all products including Desktop support
• Perform activation assistance, cancellation, enrollment, marketing options, merge-match, password reset, profile updates, forgot card, certificate management, point management, and offers
