Position: Mandarin Master Data Management
Type of job:
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule

Salary: Php 70,000-Php 90,000 Gross
Work Set-up: Work from home
Responsibilities:
✅Handle and support cases by responding to case comments and email correspondences, and by validating and translating documents to English/Chinese.
✅Manage Customer Master Data creation, maintenance, deactivation, and reactivation
✅Understand downstream processes and dependencies on Customer Master Data
✅Follow SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for Customer Master Data including but not limited to: Global data standards, Complete request and maintain tasks within the defined Service Level Agreement
✅Maintain Customer Master Data quality and attributes
✅Prevent and manage duplicate Customer Master Data records
✅Ensure that customer record is complete and accurate
✅Ensure that the required documents are provided before requesting new customer creation
✅Ensure post account set-up activities are complete to make customer records business ready
✅Stay informed of Global Customer Master Data changes
Requirements:
✅Bachelor’s degree in any related course
✅Good communication skills in English & Mandarin (listening, speaking is preferred while reading & writing is required/necessary for the role)
✅Continuous improvement mindset
✅Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel – formulas, conditional formatting, etc.)
✅Good customer service and quality-oriented mindset
✅Team oriented person who can multitask and focus on the details
✅Structured approach in planning own workload effectively and efficiently
✅Working knowledge of SAP & Salesforce
✅Experienced with Master Data Maintenance or POS
✅Flexible for new assignments and willingness to learn.
