A leading brand in China and one of the Top smartphone brands in the world, expanded here in the Philippines and is looking for a Mandarin Speaker to provide assistance to their Chinese customers here in the country.

Position: Mandarin Regional Account Manager
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: Calamba, Laguna
Industry: Technology Company
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday to Saturday)
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000 + Housing Allowance (If from Metro Manila)

☑️ Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Administration or relevant field
☑️ Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Filipino
☑️ Proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint Presentation)
☑️ Strong quantitative and analytical skills
☑️ Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
☑️ Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
☑️ Willing to relocate and do fieldwork

☑️ Recommends measures or programs to improve operations and increase sales volume.
☑️ Locates and identifies potential areas of growth: Acquisition & activation of new sites.
☑️ Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
☑️ Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
☑️ Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
☑️ Leads a strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and financial targets.
☑️ Computes monthly rebates.
☑️ Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
☑️Ad hoc tasks given by Immediate Superior.
