REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
✅Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
✅Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
✅Having 5 years of experience in data quality management, data governance, or digital asset management.
✅Familiarity with data validation tools, reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI), and basic SQL or query languages for managing and analyzing data.
✅Experience working with DAM systems (e.g., Widen, Bynder, Adobe Experience Manager) and content management systems (CMS).

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Develop, implement, and monitor data quality control processes for the Digital Asset Management system to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of digital assets.
✅Identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies within the Digital Asset Management system.
✅Maintaining the integrity of digital assets, ensuring they meet internal standards, and supporting efficient workflows across marketing teams.
✅Work closely with marketing, creative, IT, and product teams to ensure that data is accurate, complete, and well-structured for use across campaigns and platforms.
✅Provide guidance and training to internal teams on maintaining data quality standards
