Position: Malaysian Customer Service Representative

Salary: Php90,000-Php100,000 monthly

Work Set-up: Work On Site

Requirements:
🎄Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
🎄Can speak Mandarin/Hokkien language
🎄Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
🎄Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
🎄Amenable to work in shifting schedule
🎄Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
🎄Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
🎄Maintaining customer relationships
🎄Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
🎄Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
🎄Data entries of event results in the systems
