COMPANY PROFILE: This is a well-known American Multinational Manufacturing company. The company is already 10 years old in the Philippines. They are distributing their products in over 180 countries
Position: Mandarin Database Management
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Mon-Fri at 8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
✅Basic conversational skills in Cantonese are a plus.
✅Bachelor's degree in a related field.
✅At least with a few months of background or experience, ideally in a corporate or large MNC environment, ie. At least with internships, if a fresh graduate.
✅Having at least 1 year of experience with a good understanding of business and digital systems/tools.
✅Knowledgeable in Salesforce, SQL, JIRA, Confluence, HTML, and web content publishing is an advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✅Actively explore and implement tailored digital solutions to meet market operation needs.
✅Collaborate with Global Capability and Digital teams to source appropriate content and training materials.
✅Provide rapid response to resolve system breakdowns and follow up on tickets on behalf of end-users.
✅Serve as the gateway between end-users and development teams.
✅Maintain the B2B digital platform and provide structured reporting and analysis of data from digital tools.
✅Engage with third-party agencies and relevant end-user/product owning teams.
✅Update and create internal documentation, process flows, handbooks for digital tools, processes, and report guides.
✅Conduct user acceptance tests (UATs) and user validation tests (UVTs) across various environments (PC, mobile, tablet) for both B2B and B2C platforms.
✅Upload branded and brand-agnostic content and training materials.
