Company Profile: One of the world’s largest manufacturers and a leading International company, operating in different countries.
Position: Mandarin Recruitment Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Php 70,000-Php 105,000 + Php 150,000 Sign-On Bonus
Work Set Up: Hybrid Set-up ( 2 to 3 times work on-site, Tuesday- mandatory report to office)
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and English.
✅Graduates with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources or any related courses.
✅At least 1 year of experience in recruitment; identify staffing needs, create sourcing strategies, and advise on hiring plans.
✅Experience recruiting for the FMCG industry is an advantage.
✅Excellent written and verbal skills, documentation and planning skills – with strong attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Collaborate with hiring managers to devise a recruiting approach and action plan to fill needed positions.
✅Support the company’s Taiwan entity, factory, and Market for Operation.
✅Responsible for supporting research and sourcing candidates as needed.
✅Conduct phone interviews with candidates and assist in matching and creating a shortlist of individual recommendations for follow-up interviews.
✅Communicating with the applicants for their schedule, updates for their application, and providing feedback for both candidates and hiring managers' end.
✅Maintain and manage relationships with direct business partners.
