Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels in the Philippines that accommodates local and foreign clients/customers.
Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Industry: Luxury Hotel and Resort
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 60,000
Set-up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Filipinos who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin
✅Filipinos who can speak English
✅Bachelor's Degree graduate in any course
✅Excellent organizational and time management skills; Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
✅Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
✅Having experience using office software and being comfortable with technology and online communication tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅Appointments/ Meetings Arranged with Stakeholders from different entities' key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, NGOs, and other external partners
✅Develop and manage a budget for external affairs activities.
✅Meeting new Individuals within an organization/ project who play a crucial role in facilitating communication, decision-making, and coordination
✅Create impactful ways of communicating with key decision makers
✅Ad Hoc Projectare s judged based on approvals delivered on the stipulated timeline
