Responsibilities:
✅Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
✅Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
✅Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
✅Manage large amounts of incoming calls
✅Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
✅Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
✅Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
✅Go the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅Bachelor's graduate of any courses, Undergraduate and High School.
✅Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
✅Have experience in the multinational BPO / Call Center industry.
✅Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
