Requirements:
✅Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
✅At least 2-3 years of working experience as HR Specialist / Generalist is required for this position;
✅Must be fluent in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities:

✅Prepares and issues notices to employees who has infractions on the Company Code of Discipline; and likewise, ensures that such notices will be released on a timely manner;
✅Validates submitted application for employee movement and/or adjustments (such as but not limited to, change of position, promotion, adjustment on the compensation package and the like);
✅Files to 201 records and ensures that separating employees have the proper documentation such as
✅Assists and/or handles employee concerns regarding statutory and company initiated benefits.
✅Serves as one of the authorized signatory for and/on behalf of the company for SSS, HDMF and PHIC transactions;
✅Coordinates with HMO providers for proposal of benefit packages applicable for the company;
✅Answers and assists employees regarding various work related concerns;
✅Ensures that follow through are done for any resolved or pending employee concern
