Position: Mandarin HR Specialist
Industry: Electronic Technology Company
Schedule: Dayshift
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 45,000 - Php 60,000
Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
✅ At least 1 year experience in HR, preferably in recruitment
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English

Responsibilities:
✅ Recruits, Interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified applicants for open positions.
✅ Collaborate with Departmental Managers
✅ Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
✅ Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addressing employees' grievances.
