Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably business.
✅ 0-2 years of related work experience
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written. Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
✅ Great interest and passion in business.
✅ You have a strong motivation within you to find solutions for difficulties.
✅ You show initiative, are reliable, aspire for progress, are structured, detail-minded, and have strong analytical skills.
✅ Open to change: Change stimulates you to improve and adapt to the fast-changing business environment.

Responsibilities:
✅ Responsible for marketing in the Taiwanese market, covering all TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
✅ Launch the initiatives with a local agency in order to intensify social media efforts and explore new channels.
✅ Monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of your channels. Each marketing campaign's conception and execution will also involve you.
✅ Create insights by gaining a thorough awareness of our marketing channels, clients, important markets, and competitors.
✅ Continually improve our operations and create new projects to support the expansion of the Taiwan market.
