Position: Mandarin Procurement Specialist
Type of job: Emails and Calls Job
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Industry: Logistics Company
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 100,000
Requirements:
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferably in Mandarin, English, and Filipino
✅ Bachelor's degree in any program, preferably Logistics, Supply Chain, Import/Export Operations, or a related field.
✅ At least 3 years of relevant work experience in Procurement or a similar field preferred.
✅ Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
✅ Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and relevant software. (Example: SAP)
Responsibilities:
✅ Review purchase requests based on current inventory and allocation of supplies, materials, and equipment.
✅ Review purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.
✅ Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.
✅ Negotiate with suppliers and settle on the best possible deal for the company.
✅ Must always be updated on current market prices and look for other suppliers with better deals.
✅ Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
✅ Perform buying duties when necessary.
✅ Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, warranty servicing, and other problems.
