Requirements:
✅ Academic qualifications of at least Tertiary level with a Bachelor’s Degree.
✅ At least 2 years or above of working experience in a related field has an advantage for this position.
✅ At least 2 years experience in managing a team
✅ Must be confident, persuasive, flexible, and has good communication skills.
✅ Should possess strong leadership skills, rapport building, organization, and motivation.

Responsibilities:
✅ Design and implement sales strategies
✅ Instruct the team to inform the customers about the products of the company and their existing promotions
✅ Encourage the team to make sales via call and evaluate records periodically
✅ Check the quality and accuracy of the transactions and ensure proper documentation
✅ Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
✅ Empower team members on the best ways to carry out their tasks and improve their product knowledge and communication skills.
✅ Performs all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Superior/Department Head.
