Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels here in the Philippines, accommodating local and foreign clients/customers.
Position: Mandarin Procurement Specialist
Industry: Luxury Hotel and Resort
Location: BGC, Taguig
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9AM – 6PM)
Salary: Negotiable
Set-up: Work onsite
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
✨Bachelor’s Degree holder for any course.
✨With 1 year of related experience.
✨Knowledgeable in using MS Word.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Responsible in managing the purchase of goods and services for the hotel.
✨Do the inventory management, supplier relations, and contract negotiation to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
✨Evaluate vendors and ensure company always get the right price
✨Responsible for keeping the file or documents for Inventory.
✨Look for a supplier and help with supplier onboarding base on market values, request or have quotation from suppliers.
