Requirements:
🌟 Proficient in Mandarin and English
🌟 Relevant working experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar environment; that includes a supervisory or leadership position.
🌟 Excellent communication skills and will be able to effectively interact with customers and team members.
🌟 Possess a relevant degree or professional certification in Catering or Hotel Management

Responsibilities:
🌟 Coordinate with the Philippine service team to jointly ensure efficient and orderly services in the halls, venues, and other places.
🌟 Assist in solving customers' problems and complaints, and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner, so as to improve customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationships.
🌟 Work closely with other departments such as the kitchen, service team, etc. to ensure that guests and needs are met and efficient service.
