Position: Thai Customer Support Associate (Earn up to Php 100,000 monthly)
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 100,000
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Work On Site

Requirements:
✔ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
✔ Proficient in Thai and English
✔ Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
✔ Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
✔ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
✔ Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
✔ Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
✔ Maintaining customer relations
✔ Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
✔ Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
✔ Data entries of event results in the systems
✔ And all other task assigned by the Supervisor/Head of the Department
