Position: Bahasa Indonesian Technical Translator (Free Visa Processing)

Requirements:

✔ Can speak, read and write Indonesian language
✔ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
✔ Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support
✔ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
✔ Willing to work in Hybrid work set-up

Responsibilities:
✔ Provides first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
✔ Translations of technical documents from English to Indonesian and Vice versa
✔ Escalate concerns to the next level
✔ Provide excellent customer service
✔ Perform other related tasks
