Position: Mandarin Key Accounts Lead
Industry: E-commerce Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | 9:00 am-6:00 pm (Mon-Saturday)
Salary: Php 60,000-Php 120,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set-up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
👉Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin, English and Filipino
👉 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
👉At least 5–7 years of experience in key account management, business development, or leading sales teams.
👉Demonstrated success in handling major clients and meeting revenue goals.
👉Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
👉Skilled in data analysis, strategic planning, and executing effective action plans.
👉Competent in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
👉Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
👉Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
👉Monitor account performance, analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to drive revenue.
👉Lead, mentor, and manage a team of account managers, setting performance goals and fostering a collaborative, client-focused culture.
👉Coordinate with internal teams, oversee account plans, support upselling/cross-selling, and participate in contract negotiations and service agreements.
