Position: Mandarin Market Operations Assistant
Industry: E-commerce Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Mon-Saturday) | 9:00 am-6:00 pm
Salary: Php 60,000-Php 120,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set-up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
👉Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin, English and Filipino
👉Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
👉At least 5 years of operations experience, preferably in tech, retail, or electronics.
👉Proven experience managing logistics, warehouse, retail, and after-sales operations.
👉Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
👉Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
👉Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP or WMS systems is a plus.
👉Able to work under pressure, multitask, and manage multiple departments effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
👉Support the Operations Director in planning, implementing, and monitoring strategies across logistics, warehouse, retail, and after-sales.
👉Coordinate with China Head Quarters on shipments, stock allocation, import processes, and timely delivery.
👉Oversee warehouse, inventory, retail, and service center operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.
👉Drive process improvements, enforce SOPs, and supervise department heads, including manpower planning, training, and performance evaluation.
👉Prepare operational reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with the Head Quarters.
