Position: Mandarin Store Sales Manager
Industry: E-commerce Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | 9:00 am-6:00 pm (Mon-Saturday)
Salary: Php 60,000-Php 120,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set-up: Work On-site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
🍀Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin, English and Filipino.
🍀Bachelor’s degree holder.
🍀With at least 3–5 years of retail management experience.
🍀With experience in authorized retail stores or franchise operations is a big plus.
🍀With leadership knowledge or background.
🍀With experience in sales data and implementing actionable strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
🍀Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising.
🍀Ensure stores adhere to company standards for layout, visual merchandising, and branding.
🍀Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned stores.
🍀Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance.
🍀Conduct periodic store visits to monitor staff performance and customer service.
