This company is a real estate company providing construction business to the Chinese business owners who would like to expand in the Philippine market.

Position: Mandarin Compliance Officer
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift (9AM - 6PM), Monday - Saturday
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor degree or above.
✅ Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.
✅ Proficient in Excel and able to effectively use various functions and formulas to organize and analyze data, and create reports and tables.
✅ Have a basic understanding of local laws and compliance requirements to ensure the legality of the work.
✅ Experienced document manager who can effectively organize and store large amounts of employee documents for ready retrieval.
✅ Have the ability to effectively manage large-scale employee information, including employee files, tax information, etc.

Responsibilities:
✅ Communicate with each customer and independently collect and organise the specific documents required for OGEL for each employee to ensure that each document meets regulatory requirements.
✅ Creating a list of PAGCOR employees for each building with employees needs to be submitted every month, including detailed information such as confirmation of employee identity information, job responsibilities, etc., to meet the requirements of the group's legal affairs.
✅ Prepare personal income tax forms independently for each employee on a monthly basis, while collating personnel compliance documents related to each employee, including payroll and gaming tax statements, which requires a high degree of accuracy and meticulous processing.
✅ Creating, organizinng, and updating the file for the employee files in each building to ensure the accuracy and compliance of these documents.
✅ Coordinate SSS, PHILHEALTH and PAG-IBIG compliance matters for each licensed company, and each employees needs to be processed and submitted individually
✅ Review each employee’s work badge materials and the qualifications of the labor dispatch company to ensure that each employee meets regulatory requirements, which requires detailed review and tracking.
