🌟 Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
🌟 Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Filipino
🌟 Proficient in ALL FACETS of Human Resource Management.
🌟 Strong experience in People Management & Training and Development.
🌟 5-6 years experience as an HR Manager in any field/industry.

🌟 Prepares and issues notices to employees who have infractions on the Company Code of Discipline
🌟 Handles various offenses and ensures that due process and proper disciplinary action are given
🌟 Validates submitted applications for employee movement and/or adjustments
🌟 Ensures that all HRD-related records are properly maintained and readily available;
🌟 Prepares and issues Acceptance Letter of Resignation to resign;
🌟 Facilitates and assists the separating employee in complying with the exit processes and endorses such exit documents to the Payroll Officer afterward, for final pay computation references;
🌟 Files to 201 records and ensures that separating employees have the proper documentation such as Resignation Letter or Termination Letter, and issuance of Acceptance Letter;
🌟 Assists and/or handles employee concerns regarding statutory and company-initiated benefits.
🌟 Serves as one of the authorized signatories for and/on behalf of the company for SSS, HDMF, and PHIC transactions;
🌟 Ensures that all HMO payment-related matters are properly addressed and delivered;
🌟 Reviews and monitors preparation and release of quit claim forms up to crediting of applicable final pay to the resigned employees;
🌟 Coordinates with HMO providers for proposal of benefit packages applicable to the company;
🌟 Prepares Certificate of Employment (COE) as requested by the active employees for purposes that they will identify;
🌟 Prepares and issues inter-office memorandum in reference to the directives of the HR Director (if any);
🌟 Answers and assists employees regarding various work-related concerns;
🌟 Facilitates employee verification;
🌟 Ensures that follow through are done for any resolved or pending employee concern;
