Position: Mandarin Research and Documentation Supervisor
Industry: Online Gaming
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 110,000 - Php 130,00
Schedule: Dayshift 10 AM - 7 PM

Requirements:
⭐ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Marketing, Business Information Technology, or equivalent.
⭐ Proficient in Mandarin and English
⭐ Minimum 5 years experience in relevant position.
⭐ Project Management Skills are essential.
⭐ Experience in Sportsbook product market research in product development or relevant field.
⭐ Knowledge of the gaming industry & experience is a plus.

Job Duties:
⭐ Assist in initiating and leading product market research strategies for the sports betting domain as well as adjacent domains.
⭐ Engage with customers to understand their pain points and their needs.
⭐ Collect the latest trends and market info in the sports betting domain as a daily routine and create awareness in all interrelated departments.
⭐ Generate new ideas and work closely with the product development team to materialize them into actionable plans in a product roadmap
⭐ Develop and implement best practices to improve overall product documentation template standards.
⭐ Upkeep overall quality of product team releases and documentation to ensure information delivered is organized, effective, and simple to understand to the relevant department.
