Position: Mandarin Research and Documentation Specialist
Industry: Online Gaming
Location: Makati City | Remote-based work setting. Business travelling is required when is needed.
Salary: P 70,000 - P 80,000
Schedule: Dayshift 10 AM - 7 PM

Requirements:
⭐ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Marketing, Business Information Technology, or equivalent.
⭐ Proficient in Mandarin and English
⭐ Minimum 2 years experience in relevant position.
⭐ Proficient with Microsoft office, including word, PowerPoint, and excel.
⭐ Ability to prepare documentation and report in an effective manner.
⭐ Possesses research and analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
⭐ Knowledge of the gaming industry & experience is a plus.

Job Duties:
⭐ Prepare product release documentation as a reference to support the sales & marketing team to be well-equipped with a product demonstration.
⭐ Prepare release notes for the respective product owner to notify the relevant department of the upcoming product deployment contents.
⭐ Prepare product rules translations with providers and assist in updating the operating site.
⭐ Coordinate with product providers for new releases, new content, technical documentation updates, and promotions and notify the relevant department.
⭐ Upkeep and maintain product documentation files in an organized structure in the product department's online repository.
⭐ Assists product development coworkers in conducting research, and monitoring market trends, and competitors.
⭐ Prepare reports and presentations to relevant stakeholders.
⭐ Support product development coworkers in handling internal department or provider inquiries, and scheduling meetings.
