Requirements:
🌟 Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay
🌟 Proven experience as a Telesales representative for a minimum of 2 years.
🌟 Can learn about products and services and describe/ explain them to the customer.
🌟 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
🌟 Adaptable to flexible schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities:
🌟 Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
🌟 Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
🌟 Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
🌟 Gathering and documenting customer information and feedback about the company's products.
