Position: Mandarin HR Specialist

Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift (9AM - 6PM), Monday - Saturday

Requirements:

✅ Priority will be given to those majoring in human resources management, with 1-3 years of personnel-related work experience.
✅ Strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, and good communication skills
✅ Communicate fluently in Chinese and English, and be able to communicate in English as a working language

Responsibilities:
✅ Implement and improve the company's personnel systems and plans, training and development, performance evaluation, employee social security and welfare management work;
✅ Organize and assist various departments in recruitment, training and performance appraisal;
✅ Implement and improve policies and procedures related to employee onboarding, regularization, changes, and resignations;
✅ Employee personnel information management and employee file maintenance, accounting for employee salary and benefits, etc.
