Position: Mandarin Transaction Processing Analyst
Type of Job: Back Office Job

Schedule: Dayshift with 2 days off
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000

Requirements
✅ Proficient in reading and writing/typing Mandarin-Traditional
✅ Preferably Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance
✅ Open to Fresh Graduates
✅ Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅ Ability to perform daily tasks as assigned by the process leads
✅ Ensures timely processing and validation of invoices on cost level
✅ Updates trackers and monitoring sheets accordingly
✅ Performance of processes in accordance with specified requirements.
✅ Compliance with processes in accordance with the legal provisions in the area of operation.
✅ Ongoing cooperation with other organizational units
✅ Updating, collecting, sorting, and archiving of documents generated during operation according to the rules in the Team
✅ Performance of any other official orders related to the tasks and objective position.
