JOB DETAILS :
Position: Assistant Finance Manager
Industry: Manufacturing
Schedule: Dayshift (But must be flexible)
Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 65,000
Set-up: Onsite

Duties:
✅Assist in all aspects of operating a finance department
✅Prepare monthly financial statements
✅Research and resolve accounting issues
✅Assist in managing cash flow
✅Maintain and report financial information
✅Create and analyze financial reports
✅Work closely with accounting team
✅Assistant Finance Manager Responsibilities:
✅Assist with accounting and financial activities, including treasury, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, income statements, revenue development, loan servicing, and financial reporting
✅Maintain records in accounting systems, including maintenance of general ledger and subsidiary ledgers, and journal entry preparation and posting
✅Perform other accounting duties and special projects as assigned
✅Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and reporting systems; identify and implement improvements
✅Review and approve bills for payment and invoices for payment and coding
✅Prepare and process payroll for all company employees
✅Identify and resolve problematic invoicing issues
✅Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
✅Maintain petty cash records, and reconcile cash receipts and expenditures
✅Perform other accounting duties

Requirements And Skills:
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English
✅Bachelor’s degree holder with course related to finance
✅3-5 years proven leadership experience in a financial role
✅Exhibits strong analytical, coordination, and decision-making skills
✅Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
✅Familiar in AR, AP, TAX, Treasury etc.
✅Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, procedures,
✅Must be Filipino-Chinese or know how to speak mandarin
