Position: Mandarin Accounting Specialist
Industry: Real Estate
Location: Aseana Avenue, Paranaque
Schedule: Dayshift (9AM - 6PM), Monday - Saturday
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 120,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Benefits: “Bonus System” Negotiable

Requirements:

College degree or above, major in financial management, accounting or related majors.
Familiar with corporate accounting work.
Proficient in using office software, financial software and ERP systems.
Proficient in English and Mandarin language.

Responsibilities:

☑️ Review the original documents of expenses and expenditures in accordance with the relevant provisions of the financial system, and complete the accounting and analysis control of expenses;
☑️ Do a good job in measuring and confirming various income and costs;
☑️ Do a good job in transaction accounting to ensure that the balances of various transactions are correct;
☑️ Complete accounting, reimbursement and financial report preparation in a timely manner;
☑️ Responsible for the organization and binding of corporate accounting data and the storage of accounting files;
☑️ Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
