Position: Mandarin Client Service Specialist
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 120,000
Schedule: Midshift Schedule 2 days off per week (3PM-11PM | 4PM-12AM)
Work Set-up: Work On-site

Requirements:
✅Can speak, read, and write the Mandarin and English language
✅Has background working as CSR in BPO
✅Open to work during weekends if required
✅Open to graduates and undergraduates
✅Willing to work ASAP

Responsibilities:
✅Process new account applications and onboard new clients
✅Communicate with new and existing clients to build strong and reputable relationships
✅Update and configure existing accounts according to client demand (account maintenance)
✅Work closely with the Sales team to ensure client needs are met
✅Provide client support, including technical, operational, and basic trading
✅Respond to client queries relating to account management
✅Respond to incoming inquiries from clients via email, live chat, and telephone in a timely and professional manner
✅Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes
