Position: Mandarin Client Service Support

Schedule: Graveyard Shift

Work Set-up: Work On-site
Responsibilities:
✅Responsible for ensuring extraordinary service by promptly and accurately responding to phone calls from existing customers.
✅Making it easy for them to do business with us, recognizing their value to us and solving their issues.
✅Responsible for evaluating and analyzing customer account information and recommending tailored solutions to the customer that add value to their business.
Requirements:
✅Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
✅Must be amenable to work in a fixed graveyard shift schedule.
✅Preferably with a customer service background in a Call Center setup.
