The company supports the most trusted Automotive solutions provider businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that sustain industry growth. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.

Position: Mandarin Technical Support (Car System Solutions Provider Account)
Company Industry: Multinational Consulting Company
Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Salary: Php 105,000
Work Set Up: On-site during probationary, Hybrid upon regularization

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
✨Open to undergraduates and degree holders of any courses.
✨Having 1-4 years of experience in Technical Support, Service Desk, or IT Support.
✨Knowledgeable in ServiceNow or similar ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) platforms.
✨Having experience in supporting corporate environments and executive-level users, including handling emails and calls, by providing remote assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
✨Provide second-level technical support for website and online portal issues of the automotive technology supplier.
✨Handle escalated cases from Level 1 support, including complex account access, system errors, and portal functionality concerns.
✨Troubleshoot issues related to product registration, software downloads, technical documentation access, and system integration.
✨Assist clients with order management concerns such as order processing errors, tracking discrepancies, and service requests.
✨Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
✨Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing support to Level 1 Service Desk agents.
✨Coordinate with internal IT teams, developers, and product specialists for issue resolution and system improvements.
