Position: Mandarin Financial Admin Specialist
Industry: Financial Consultancy
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 70,000
Schedule: Morning Shift (6 AM - 3 PM)
Work Set-up: Work On-site

Requirements:
✨ Can speak, read, and write the Mandarin and English language
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or any related course.
✨ Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with relevant computer software
✨ Good to have: at least 1 year related work experience.
✨ Open to Fresh Graduates
✨ Willing to work ASAP

Responsibilities:
✨ Provides support to the Finance Department by managing and processing daily client funds.
✨ Process deposits and/or withdrawals requests from clients in a timely manner.
✨ Communicate with both internal and external parties such as the CS Team, Banks, and Payment Service Providers in resolving concerns and queries.
✨ Updating financial data in the system and software when required to ensure the accuracy of all the information and immediately available when needed.
✨ Monitoring of accounts deposit and withdrawal requests.
✨ Assisting in investigations of any irregularities and dispute resolutions.
✨ Assist in general financial management and analysis, and ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
