JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⭐ Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese that is proficient in both Mandarin and English
⭐Open to Foreign National.
⭐Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or any related course.
⭐With atleast 5–8 years of experience in HR and with extensive exposure to compensation, benefits, and performance management.
⭐With background in global mobility compensation and benefits.
⭐With knowledge of tax and regulatory requirements across different regions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⭐Develop, implement, and continuously enhance the company’s compensation and benefits programs and frameworks.
⭐Conduct market analysis and benchmarking, and assist in the annual salary review and bonus planning processes.
⭐Ensure compliance with both local and international C&B regulations, including taxation and social security policies.
⭐Manage and maintain accurate compensation, benefits, and performance data, and generate regular analytical reports.
⭐Take the lead in designing, implementing, and improving the performance management system, including goal-setting and evaluation processes.
